Watercolor Paintings

I love the transparency of watercolors and what happens by accident. Watercolors are a great base to which one can add pen & pink, paper, and other mixed media materials to a beginning. My challenge is not to create an accurate representation of what I am observing, but to create or re-create from what has been laid down on paper the first time; to promote an emotional response by leaving an open door to individual interpretation.
